LCSO is proud and excited to present its annual Christmas extravaganza for the whole family this Saturday December 8th at 7:30 at Village Church in Gurnee. Tickets are available at the website or by calling 847-746-3472. Don't miss "Nutcracker Sweets" - a delightful read on Tchaikovsky and Duke Ellington's version of the beloved ballet. Also - a world premiere concerto for hammered dulcimer, strings, and percussion by Chicago's own artist and composer - Charles Brown. Pre concert chat at 6:15 to meet the composer/performer and conductor. Round it all out with a rousing carol sing along by Leroy Anderson - "Christmas Festival".
